Carl is a consummate professional, though always friendly and cordial. He is a straight-shooter (unlike many in his line of work) and will answer all your questions honestly & accurately--even if the info he's providing isn't to your liking. Meetings with him stick to the agenda, and he doesn't waste your time with BS. He and his staff answer your e-mails promptly. Please keep in mind that the litigation process is a long one, and weeks will go by when nothing seems to be happening. But Carl and/or his staff will keep you informed of their progress, or lack thereof. Carl counsels patience, and that's good advice. Bottom Line: you can trust this lawyer to do exactly what he has promised, and to do it ethically.

When you first go to Carl's office you wonder how his little office could provide such great service. Both Carl and his staff are very attentive to your needs as a client. They work hard and quickly to get your case finalized. Sometime this process can take awhile but they are very good about letting you know how things are moving along. They have a fabulous FAQ section on their website that helps to answer many questions. Carl is especially friendly and truly cares about his clients. I have to start by saying that Carl is very customer service oriented. From the moment I called his office, he answered the phone himself, took the time to hear me out, even answered my texts and emails late at night! I don't think he goes this far anymore now that he's become popular, but he's very helpful nevertheless. He took care of our case when other firms rejected us because they said there wasn't enough money for them to be made off us, answered any questions we had, did not push us to make any decisions but instead informed us of what our choices were, was prompt in responding and making sure we knew the different stages of our case. Again, even though our case wasn't a big money maker for his practice, he still treated it with care. What can I say, he's a really nice guy overall, the guy you'd want to BBQ with on the weekend with your family, and not some serious lawyer who treats you like cattle when you visit their office and passes you on to their assistants. I was hit by a car while riding my bike in Austin and broke my leg. Another law firm in Round Rock turned down my case and said there was nothing they could do for me because the driver of the car said she never hit me.
